On April 14, visiting guests led by Executive Chairman, Dr. Gan See Khem from Regency Specialist Hospital came to Kaohsiung Medical University's Affiliated Hospital to discuss the possibility of collaboration on student exchange and hospital collaboration. The crew from Regency Specialist Hospital comprise Executive Chairman Dr. Gan See Khem, Director, Dr Cheah Way Mun, Credentialing and Privileging Committee member, Dr Ching Kwok Choy, Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Chin Wei Jia, and Medical Affairs Manager Ms Jaw Yoke Lee. During their one-afternoon visit, Dr. Su-Shin, Lee, the Director for Division of Medical Service at International center showed them around and demonstrated the operation of facilities and management of patients' health care. Later on, Director for International Center, Prof./Dr. Cherng-Jye Jeng along with two other directors for Division of Education and Training and Division and Internships for Medical Student Training, Dr. Jen-Yu Hung and Dr. Jing-Ru Shen joined the panel discussion for future collaboration's planning and developing. Initial consensus has been reached and further details shall leave to the persons in charge. The collaboration may quite broaden the horizon of our medical student's clinic training institutions as well as our faculty's short-term exchange.
