System Usage Notice

To improve service quality and reduce on-site waiting time, our office will implement an appointment system starting January 2, 2026.

1. Appointment Regulations

• This system only allows appointments starting three days in advance.

• If you have a valid reason to handle matters earlier, please feel free to contact us by phone or email (reachkmu@kmu.edu.tw) to explain your situation.

• Each appointment slot is 15 minutes. Please arrive on time.

• If you are unable to arrive on time, you will need to make a new appointment.

2. The following services must be reserved online in advance

• In-person consultation

• Submission of reimbursement/verification documents

• Other related services handled by this office
