Under the instructions of Taiwan Ministry of Education, Feng-Chia University in Taiwan, the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahmanin Malaysia, andTaiwan Education Center in Malaysiaco-organized to hold “2014 Taiwan-Malaysia Higher Education Forum” in Taichung, Taiwan on December 18th, 2014. This is the first time that an international official forum is held to discuss the collaboration and exchange on higher education between Taiwan and Malaysia. In addition to keynote speeches and discussion sessions, an MOU signing ceremony is also arranged for building the partnership between both parties. Professor Yi-Ming Arthur Chen, the Vice President of Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) in Taiwan, on behalf of KMU signed MOU with theUniversiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia on the ceremony. The host particularly arranged a collaboration matching session, divided according to tracks of participating universities, in hope of more substantial collaboration between universities in Taiwan and Malaysia coming up, which accumulated the forum to an apex.
