Key Points and Objectives of the Activity：

   This activity centers on promoting international students’ employment in Taiwan by organizing a campus job fair with more than ten participating companies and establishing a dedicated talent-matching website within the university. Through direct interaction with employers and continuous online career services, the program aims to strengthen connections between international students and industries, broaden career opportunities, and enhance the likelihood of international students staying and working in Taiwan.

Features of the Activity and Implementation Details：

The event featured a campus job fair, with more than ten companies—including Ying Feng Co., Ltd., JSD Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., Chin Soil Intelligence Co., Ltd., United Orthopedic Corporation, and Syn-Tech Bio-Tech Co., Ltd.—setting up booths to interact directly with international students. In addition, a dedicated talent-matching website was established within the university, inviting both companies and international students to register and use the platform, thereby extending the impact of the event and fostering ongoing employment connections. Student participation was enthusiastic, with lively responses that highlighted international students’ strong interest in Taiwan’s job market.
