Key Points and Objectives of the Activity：

This event aimed to help international students understand Taiwan’s employment environment and gain deeper insights into the corporate culture and research and development direction of SCI Pharmtech Inc.

The event invited a Malaysian R&D employee currently working at SCI Pharmtech Inc. to share his experiences of employment in Taiwan, including his career journey, practical experiences in research and development, and workplace adaptation. Through the sharing session, international students were able to gain a better understanding of the realities of working in Taiwan and the potential opportunities for career development.

Through experience sharing and interaction, the event also aimed to enhance international students’ confidence in pursuing career development in Taiwan and encourage their willingness to enter the Taiwanese job market in the future.

二、Features of the Activity and Implementation Details：

During the event, a Taiwanese R&D manager from SCI Pharmtech Inc. first provided a brief introduction to the company. The main session then featured a Malaysian R&D employee sharing his experiences of working in Taiwan, including his career development journey, practical experiences in research and development, and workplace adaptation. Through the sharing session, international students gained a clearer understanding of the realities of working in Taiwan and potential career opportunities within the pharmaceutical and R&D industries.

During the event, participants actively engaged in discussions and raised questions.
