Key Points and Objectives of the Activity： The seminar was hosted by the university with Orient Semiconductor Electronics sending representatives to campus to introduce the company profile and recruitment information to international overseas Chinese students. Through direct interaction, the event aimed to help students gain a deeper understanding of the current development of Taiwan’s high-tech industry and related career opportunities. By sharing insights from company representatives, students were able not only to grasp the demands of the job market and corporate culture, but also to strengthen their confidence and willingness to pursue employment in Taiwan. The event was designed to assist international students in building connections with the industry, enhancing their prospects of staying in Taiwan after graduation, and ultimately promoting the long-term engagement and contribution of global talent to Taiwan. Features of the Activity and Implementation Details： This seminar was delivered by Administrator Chen from the Human Resource Division of Orient Semiconductor Electronics. She introduced to our international students the company profile, general overview, and corporate culture of Orient Semiconductor Electronics, and further explained the recruitment needs, the point-based evaluation system, as well as the employment timeline for overseas Chinese students staying in Taiwan. At the end of the event, a Q&A session was arranged, during which students actively raised questions, fully demonstrating interaction and learning effectiveness. The overall process was successfully completed. |
