Key Points and Objectives of the Activity ：

This activity aims to assist international students in gaining a deeper understanding of workplace culture and employment practices in Taiwan. By inviting foreign employees from ScinoPharm Taiwan, Ltd. to share their work and life experiences in Taiwan, the activity seeks to broaden students’ international career perspectives, strengthen their workplace adaptability and competitiveness, and ultimately enhance their willingness and motivation to pursue career development in Taiwan.

Features of the Activity and Implementation Details：

   During In the lecture, the speaker began by introducing his international background, hometown, and the origin of his name. He then shared his academic journey, explaining why he chose to pursue Chemical Engineering and the reasons for studying in Taiwan, as well as the challenges he encountered during this period. The talk further addressed his career path, including his decision to enter the pharmaceutical industry and an introduction to his current role and responsibilities in the injectable production team. Toward the conclusion, the speaker reflected on his experiences and engaged with students by answering their questions.
