2016 Dorm Application for Summer Vacation & Notes
Dear international students,
This is the 2nd notice for the dorm application of 2016 summer vacation.
For those who want to apply, please pay attention to the following explanation when you fill in & submit the form:
- Deadline: May 20th, 2016
- Printing: please have the application form double-sided printed. (you can get the double-sided printed application form from OGA)
- How to fill in the for:
- Reasons: please check “international students stay in Taiwan during vacations”
- Duration of Residence (preparation period): in line with your 2016 semester dorm lot-drawing result. If you swap the room with others and already conduct the room-changing procedures, please have that as the preparation period room & bed.
- Go to the OGA and get OGA stamp
- Go to the Dorm Staff Mr. Wang with your OGA-stamped application form and submit your form
