Key Points and Objectives of the Activity : This event aims to help international students gain a deeper understanding of Taiwanese society and the workplace through experience-sharing by alumni who have worked in Taiwan. By doing so, it seeks to enhance their willingness to stay in Taiwan and improve their adaptability. Features of the Activity and Implementation Details: In the seminar, the lecturer provided an in-depth exploration of various key aspects related to employment in Taiwan, including the importance of Mandarin proficiency, the characteristics of the local workplace culture, self-awareness and career planning, challenges in the job search process, different types of work visas, and potential career development opportunities. Through these insightful discussions, students gained a more comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's employment landscape and acquired valuable practical information, helping them enhance their adaptability and competitiveness in pursuing a career in Taiwan. |
