1.均先網路報名，請於開放期間(106年1月20日週五下午5點止)至獎補助網(http://grants.moc.gov.tw/Web/index.jsp)註冊會員後填表申請。

2.上傳資料後，於申請時間106年1月20日前檢具詳細之計畫書一式十份（含網路申請表）、光碟資料一份，向本部提出申請。郵戳為憑。

3.地址：24219新北市新莊區中平路439號南棟17樓

1.Please register on the website and fill out the application before Jan.20^th (Fri.) 17:00.

2.Please prepare detail project including 10 web applications and a disc datum, then send it before Jan. 20^th (Fri).  The sending date is regarded by stamp date.
