On Nov. 21, 2014, 5 delegates of Guangdong Medical College came to Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) in order to have communications with our College of Medicine on research, teaching and service. Five scholars from Guangdong Medical College suggested that the visit would initiate more opportunities for collaborations from these mutual grounds on teaching and research. Staff members from Office of Global Affairs received these honored guests and prepared a welcome party where Vice Dean Fang Jung Chang brought forth the feature of KMU and gave an overview of the cultural and geographical environment of Kaohsiung City. The remarks about KMU’s research and focus on humanity especially created much resonance among the audience.
