(1) Fill out the online application form. 填寫報名表單。
(2) Scan and photograph your identity document like "Alien Resident Certificate" or "Student Status Letter" or "Official Acceptance and Adimission Notification with Valid Student Identity Card" to us hostfamily@stust.edu.tw to complete the whole progress. 掃描或拍照您的身分證明文件，如在台居留證、在學證明，或是入學通知及有效的學生證，回傳至本計畫信箱(hostfamily@stust.edu.tw)來完成您的報名。
(3) Fill out the HEALTH CARE SURVEY 請記得填寫健康追蹤問卷，即完成報名。

Notes備註:
(1) All students and host families are required to fill out the health care survey to complete the registration. Completing the registration process doesn't guarantee your attendance. The final result will be sent to your email before May 7.
(2) Please be aware of kitchen utensils and bring your own reusable container for the sake of the Earth. Wear a mask throughout the activity.
(3) We will match overseas students with a host family in the activity. Unexpected absence is not allowed. Please be responsible for your registration.
