FirstKey Points and Objectives of the Speech

To enhance the school's reputation and influence, strengthen the connection between alumni and their alma mater, and provide a platform for exchange and sharing, we are honored to invite distinguished alumna Dr. Hsin-Fang Chang to return to KMU and share her professional knowledge in cellular biology as well as her valuable overseas study experience. This event aims not only to inspire students to take action but also to foster research and collaboration among faculty members.

 

SecondFeatures of the Speech and Implementation Details

Dr. Chang graduated from Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) Department of Fragrace and Cosmetic Science and later pursued further studies in Germany, where she earned her Ph.D. with outstanding academic performance. She is currently Department of Cellular Neurophysiology, the Center for Integrative Physiology and Molecular Medicine (CIPMM)) at Saarland University in Germany and also serves as a visiting professor at KMU.

Dr. Chang shared her long-standing passion for the field of cell biology, to which she has dedicated years of intensive research. Her experiments often require significant investment in both time and funding, and every analytical application is a valuable outcome of her efforts.

Additionally, Dr. Chang shared her invaluable experiences studying in Germany, offering insights into the differences between studying in Taiwan and abroad based on her own journey. She encouraged students to take action and develop new perspectives.
