Job Description

  1. To assist the Dean and Directors in supervising the regular business
  2. To make plans on joining academic international exchange activities such as APAIE, NAFSA, EAIE, Higher-Education Forum, and others
  3. To draw up the internationalization plans and to document the performance
  4. To trace and check the internationalization key performance indexes
  5. To draw up the annual budget of the Office and audit the budget using
  6. To be the contact person of intra-campus administrative affairs
  7. To coordinate and fulfill the integrated tasks among the Office
  8. Other assigned duties

Job Description

  1. To coordinate administrative affairs of constructing and renewing partnerships
  2. To track the international cooperation with partner universities
  3. To coordinate administrative affairs of international alliances
  4. To coordinate administrative affairs of domestic and international publicity
  5. To arrange the senior executives' overseas courtesy visit
  6. Other assigned duties
