“Japan Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Research Fellowship supported by Yoneyama Taiwan” is now accepting applications.

Japan Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Research Fellowship supports a research stay in Japan by advanced researchers who hold a full-time position in a university or research institution and reside in Taiwan. The recruitment and selection process, including interviews, is carried out by the program’s selection committee in Taiwan—Yoneyama Taiwan.
The main qualification requirements include:
l Applicants must be a citizen and resident of Taiwan. Applicants must not be a dual-citizen of any country, including Japan.
l Applicants must hold a doctoral degree at the time of application.

The fellowship duration is from July 2019 to June 2020. The Fellowship covers:
l 140,000 yen/per month
l A round trip flight ticket (up to 60,000 yen)
l House rent up to 50,000 yen/per month
