為因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎 COVID-19疫情並配合政府防疫措施，於109年2月18日第5次防疫會議討論後，本處擬定教師國際學術交流活動因應策略如下：
1. 通知學院/中心儘量暫緩一、二、三級旅遊警示地區非必要之國際交流活動。
2. 所有照常辦理國際交流活動之申請教師、系所主管、研發暨國際組組長及學院院長/中心主任共同簽署本校防疫聲明書。學者蒞校當日須填寫Novel Coronavirus Health Declaration，以利確實掌握來訪學者之健康及防疫相關各項狀況。
3. 學者若需進出附院，務必配合附院防疫規定。
4. 若已規劃之國際學術交流活動因疫情而取消，學院/中心統計因活動取消而無法執行之經費金額，由國際處統一簽請將經費加進109學年度學院/中心之國際學術交流經費中。
5. 若因取消活動所產生的費用(例如，機票退票所生之手續費)，學院/中心上簽呈核准後，仍可核銷。

2.ALL international exchange activities applications should come with 「高雄醫學大學防疫聲明書」and visiting scholars will be asked to fill out the " Novel Coronavirus Health Declaration " on the date of arrival as shown below.
