歡迎報名-「2020 感知重慶-體驗重醫」營隊課程
一、申請對象：本校在學學生。
二、申請方式：請填寫附檔之申請表，完成後郵寄電子檔至m1057002@kmu.edu.tw。國際事務處統整後會統一提交。待對方學校確認後，方能進行後續申請流程。
三、高醫校內收件截止日：2020年2月14日(星期五)中午十二時之前。
四、請勿自行提出申請，資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。
五、課程細節請參閱附檔。
六、此活動為學生自主報名，恕不代為申請公假或辦理簽證。學生請自理請假與簽證辦理相關事宜。

1. Applicants: All students who currently enroll and study in KMU.
2. How to Apply: Please finish the attached Application form and reply to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw.
3. Deadline for Application: 12 a.m. on Feb. 14th , 2020.
4. Please do NOT apply individually. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.
5. Please refer to the attachments for more details.
6. Students cannot take official leave by participating this program.
7. Students have to apply visa by themselves.
