On Monday, Nov. 12 2014, Jay, C. J. Jeng, Dean of Global Affairs represented Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan to sign Memorandum of Understanding with Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Chulalongkorn University is the first University in Indochina Peninsula that KMU establishes afffiliation of MoU. Chulalongkorn features the pretige of the oldest and the most-established comprehensive university in Thailand have numerous disciplines offered to students. On signing the Memorandum of University, it is mutually expected that both parties will have more academic communications in the near future.
