主旨：「各級學校與大陸地區學校締結聯盟或為書面約定之合作行為審查要點」第5點、第6點，業經本部於中華民國105年8月15日以臺教文（二）字第1050102447B號令修正訂發布，茲檢送發布令影本（含行政規則規定）1份，請查照。

說明：

Refering announcement by Ministry of Education pertaining to Amendment on Article 5 and 6 of "Guidelines for Schools and Universities Constructing Partnerships or Drafting Written Contracts with China."  Article 5 and Article 6 of the guideline were deleted and the amendment has been announced on August 15, 2016 in letter Tai Jiao (2) No. 1050102447B and attached in the announcement letter is the photo copy of the legal order.
