公民溝通之於海洋保育的重要性

Respon-SEA-ble計畫的宗旨是藉由聯繫交流提個人與團責任，傳輸正確的海洋保育觀念，改變人類不當的行為模式，減少人類對海洋生態系統的負面衝擊影響，進一步探索海洋的潛力與開闢海洋新契機。參與國家包括法國、挪威、愛爾蘭、荷蘭、葡萄牙、羅馬尼亞、義大利、德國、西班牙、英國與希臘等國。

DIACAT係由歐洲四國八個研究單位合作研發減緩全球暖化科技計畫。該計畫以人造鑽石模仿自然界的光合作用，並結合固體物理、有機化學、計算與材料科學等先進技術，將二氧化碳轉化成“的化學燃料、塑料或藥品等有用的化合物。影音資料
