一、活動重點及目的(Key Points and Objectives of the Activity )：

        本活動旨於透過在台就業之外籍生校友經驗分享，幫助外籍生更了解台灣的社會與職場，進而提升外籍生留台的意願與適應力。

This event aims to help international students gain a deeper understanding of Taiwanese society and the workplace through experience-sharing by alumni who have worked in Taiwan. By doing so, it seeks to enhance their willingness to stay in Taiwan and improve their adaptability.

二、活動特色及執行情形(Features of the Activity and Implementation Details)：

           在講座中，講師深入探討了與留台就業相關的各個重要面向，包括華語能力的重要性、本地職場文化的特點、自我認識與職涯規劃、求職過程中的挑戰、各類工作簽證，以及未來職涯發展的可能性。透過這些豐富的分享，學生能對台灣的就業環境有著更為全面的了解，也獲得了寶貴的實用資訊，有助於提升其在台發展的適應力與競爭力。

In the seminar, the lecturer provided an in-depth exploration of various key aspects related to employment in Taiwan, including the importance of Mandarin proficiency, the characteristics of the local workplace culture, self-awareness and career planning, challenges in the job search process, different types of work visas, and potential career development opportunities. Through these insightful discussions, students gained a more comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's employment landscape and acquired valuable practical information, helping them enhance their adaptability and competitiveness in pursuing a career in Taiwan.
