歡迎報名-日本長崎大學國際暑期課程
Application Information-Nagasaki University International Summer Program
一、申請對象：本校在學學生。
Applicants: All students who currently enroll and study in KMU.
二、申請方式：請填寫並親簽附檔之申請表，完成後郵寄電子檔至m1057002@kmu.edu.tw，並請一併把完整紙本文件繳交至國際事務處。國際事務處統整後會統一提交。待對方學校確認後，方能進行後續申請流程。
How to Apply: Participants are requested to fill out the attached application form and send both PDF files to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw and hard copies of all required documents on the checklist to Office of Global Affairs.
三、高醫校內收件截止日：2019年5月31日(星期五)中午十二時之前。
Deadline for Application: 12 a.m. on May 31st, 2019.
四、請勿自行提出申請，資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。
Please do NOT apply individually. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.
五、課程細節請參閱附檔。
Please refer to the attachments for more details.
六、此活動為學生自主報名，恕不代為申請公假。學生請自理請假相關事宜。
Students cannot take official leave by particiapting this program.
