主旨：轉知：教育部來函有關赴越南、柬埔寨地區辦理「海外志工服務」、「見習」、「研習」、「實習」、「授課」及「其他非觀光事宜」等相關訊息，詳如說明。
說明：
一、因應新南向等政策之各級學校師生赴東南亞進行海外志工服務、見習、研習、實習、授課及其他非觀光事宜之個人與團體甚多，請確實依各當地國之簽證規定，申請與取得於海外所辦事項相符之簽證(非觀光簽證)。
二、各相關人員所需申辦之簽證種類及應備文件，請逕向各該國駐外單位洽詢。
Notice from Ministry of Education:
For the teachers and students who are participating overseas volunteer, training, internships, offering courses, or any other plans instead of travelling in Southeast Asia, please follow the local regulation to apply visa(NOT Tourist visa).
