主旨:  行政院勞工委員會修正「雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法」部分條文。

說明 :

         1. 為維護僑外生之學位生受教及工作權益，及使僑外生工作許可申請標準一致，刪除外國留學生之學位生須入學一學期及外國

             留學生須學業成績優良，始得申請工作許可之規定。因此，僑生與外生入學當學期即可申請工作許可。

         Forward foreign workers' related information from Ministry of Labor :

         According to the Ministry of Labor, they have modified the laws for foreign studnets. International students, including Hong

         Kong and Macau students, can apply work permission once they are admitted into school.
