主旨: 【轉知】有關教育部來函重申辦理兩岸教育交流規範及辦法之重要性，敬請閱覽。[The MOE Announcement]- Please follow the regulations when having academic exchange activities with Mainland China.
說明 Detailed Information:
1.本案為教育部來函重申全國大專校院辦理兩岸教育交流活動須遵照相關法規執行。
The MOE again announced that every university should follow the regulations when having academic exchange activities with Mainland China.
2.如有參與陸方科研計畫及涉與共青團校交流，依照相關規定，須報部核可後方可執行；如有辦理實習相關活動及接受陸方落地接待，須注意其妥適性及形式，不應有政治目的及政治性內容，以及有損我國之尊嚴與立場。
Exchange activities related to scientific research and Chinese Communist Youth League with Mainland China should receive the MOE’s approval prior to the activity. Exchange activities related to receiving reception from Mainland China should be aware of their appropriateness and forms and to avoid any contact related to political purpose.
3.以上活動均須保留完整的審核及交流紀錄等，以備教育部查核。
Every university should keep all documents and records of academic exchanges with Mainland China for the MOE’s future references.
