主旨：歡迎報名「2019 University of Montana Exchange Program」(For TAIWANESE Students ONLY)。

Application Information for 2019 University of Montana Exchange Program(For TAIWANESE Students ONLY).

說明：

一、申請辦法與課程介紹：請參見附檔。

Please refer to the attachments for the schedule and application information.

二、課程期間：一學期或一學年。

Duration of Program: One semester or one academic year.

三、申請對象：本校大二以上在學學生，非應屆畢業生且修讀相關科系者。

It is preferable that participants will be /are in the second or third academic year of their departments.

四、有意申請之同學，請依規定將提名表及親簽後的交換學生須知(電子檔)繳交至本處。本校提名之學生，須完成該校email提供之申請表。

How to Apply: Please finish the attachments and reply to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw. Nominated students have to complete the UM Exchange application, which will be sent directly form UM by email.

五、高醫校內截止收件時間：2019年1月28日(星期一)中午十二時。

Deadline for Application: 12 a.m. on Jan. 28th, 2019.

六、將依收件順序依序報名。資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。

We will recommend students in first come first served basis. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.

七、此活動為學生自主報名，恕不代為申請公假。學生請自理請假相關事宜。
