主旨：歡迎報名「2021 信州大學 Shinshu Health Science World (SHSW) Program」。
說明：
一、申請辦法與課程介紹：請參見附檔。
二、課程期間：2021年11月8日(星期一)至2021年11月12日(星期五)。
三、申請對象：本校大二以上在學學生，非應屆畢業生且修讀Medical Technology, MedicalLaboratory Science, Biotechnology studies等相關科系者。
四、有意申請之同學，請依規定將申請文件(電子檔)繳交至本處。
五、高醫校內截止收件時間：2020年12月11日(星期五)中午十二時。
六、每校至多選送四位學生。如申請人數超過四位，將依收件順序依序報名。資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。
七、此活動為學生自主報名，恕不代為申請公假。學生請自理請假相關事宜。
八、因應新型冠狀病毒疫情，若主辦單位或國內外政府機關有其他限制或變更，請依照最新政策與公告為準。
Application Documents for 2021 Shinshu Health Science World (SHSW) Program
1. Please refer to the attachments for the schedule, outline, and application forms.
2. Duration of Training: Monday, November 8-Friday, November 12, 2021.
3. It is preferable that participants will be /are in the second or third academic year of their Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology studies.
4. How to Apply: Please finish the attached 3 forms as well as the Passport , Recommendation letter from the Dean, transcript and reply to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw
5. Deadline for Application: 12 a.m. on Dec. 11th, 2020.
6. The maximum number of students that KMU can recommend is four. We will recommend students in first come first served basis. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.
7. Students cannot take official leave by participating this program. Students have to apply visa by themselves.
8. Participants are hereby agreed to accept the above regulations. If there is something left unmentioned, both SHINSHU and KMU retains the right to modify and change regulations at any time and will announce them on the website.
