一、活動重點及目的：

        本次「杏輝醫藥集團企業參訪」活動旨在增進校內外籍生對台灣生技與製藥產業的認識，透過深入了解企業的研發流程、產品線、國際佈局與經營理念，使學生能掌握產業特色與發展趨勢，強化職涯探索與在台就業的準備；活動亦提供互動交流的機會，讓學生與專業人士直接對話，獲取第一手的產業經驗與建議，藉此不僅提升境外生的職涯競爭力，也促進校企合作與國際人才交流，達成學習與就業並重的目的。   

二、活動特色及執行情形：

本次活動於左營高鐵站集合後，搭乘高鐵前往南港，再轉乘遊覽車至杏輝藥廠，行程安排包含午餐、專業導覽與交流，並於當日圓滿完成參訪。杏輝醫藥集團特別提供專業導覽，詳細介紹企業的運作模式、生產流程及研發方向，使學生能夠直接體驗職場環境並深入了解產業實務。透過此次參訪，境外生不僅加深對臺灣製藥產業的認識，也得以思考未來職涯規劃；同時，學生與企業人員互動熱絡，促進跨文化交流，進一步提升在臺就業的信心。

l   I like how organized this trip was. It was a great oppurtunity.

l  Great opportunity to visit the pharma company and know about the works. 

l  It was a very valuable experience to attend this field trip. I sincerely thanks to the OGA office for organizing this field trip for international students. As my academic background is in the Department of Pharmacy, it was especially meaningful to visit Sinphar Pharmaceutical Company and learn about the Taiwanese pharmaceutical industry directly through this field trip. This experience greatly enhanced my knowledge and understanding of the field.
