The Ministry of Education (MOE) is offering the "2027 Program for Cultivating Talents in Humanities and Social Sciences through Overseas Studies," selecting outstanding students in humanities and social sciences fields to study at renowned universities in Europe and the United States. Selected students will study as visiting/exchange students for one academic year, from Fall 2027 to Spring 2028.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold R.O.C. (Taiwan) nationality with household registration in Taiwan. Categories are divided into undergraduate students (Categories A & B) and graduating seniors/first-year master's students (Categories C & D), with corresponding language proficiency requirements.
Host Institutions: United States (University of Wisconsin-Madison, Arizona State University, UC Berkeley), United Kingdom (SOAS, LSE), France (Sciences Po), Germany (University of Tübingen).
Funding: Full tuition subsidy at the host institution; round-trip airfare subsidy (up to NT$60,000); monthly living stipend of NT$25,000–40,000.
Application Period: September 20 – October 20, 2026 (Taiwan academic year 115). Late applications will not be accepted.

教育部為選送優秀人文社會科學相關領域學生赴國際知名大學進修，特辦理「116年度人文社會科學學術人才跨國培育計畫」，選送學生以訪問交換學生身分赴歐美重點大學進修1年（116年秋季學期至117年春季學期）。
申請資格： 具中華民國國籍並設籍臺灣，依甄選類別分為大學部在學生（A、B類）及應屆畢業生/碩班學生（C、D類），並須具備相符之語言能力證明。
進修機構： 美國（University of Wisconsin-Madison、Arizona State University、UC Berkeley）、英國（SOAS、LSE）、法國（Sciences Po）、德國（University of Tübingen）。 獎助內容： 國外學費全額補助、來回機票補助（上限新臺幣6萬元）、國外生活費每月新臺幣25,000–40,000元。
