一、 活動重點及目的(Key Points and Objectives of the Activity )：

        透過國合會援外業務及高等教育國際化經驗分享，增進與會人員對我國國際合作發展政策、國際人才培育及高教國際化推動策略之瞭解，並促進學術交流與國際合作。

         By sharing experiences in the International Cooperation and Development Fund’s (TaiwanICDF) overseas assistance programs and higher education internationalization efforts, the program aims to enhance participants’ understanding of Taiwan’s policies on international development cooperation, international talent development, and higher education internationalization strategies, while promoting academic exchange and international cooperation.

二、 活動特色及執行情形(Features of the Activity and Implementation Details)：

         本次演講由國際合作發展基金會李志宏副秘書長親自分享我國推動國際合作與援外工作的實 務經驗，除介紹國際發展趨勢外，更結合多年援外成果與實際案例，讓與會者從第一線執行角度瞭解我國在國際合作領域的具體作為。演講內容兼具國際視野與實務應用，並連結高等教育國際化發展，說明大學校院如何透過人才培育、國際交流及跨國合作參與全球永續發展，提供與會者對國際事務及高教國際化更全面且具啟發性的觀點。

      The lecture was delivered by Mr. Stephen J. H. Lee , Deputy Secretary General of the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF), who shared Taiwan’s hands-on experience in advancing international cooperation and foreign aid programs. Beyond providing an overview of current trends in international development, the presentation drew on years of development assistance achievements and practical case studies, enabling participants to gain first-hand insights into Taiwan’s efforts and accomplishments in the field of international cooperation.

        Combining a global outlook with practical perspectives, the lecture also addressed the internationalization of higher education, illustrating how higher education institutions can engage in global sustainable development through talent development, international exchange, and cross-border partnerships. The session provided participants with a broader and more insightful understanding of international affairs and strategies for higher education internationalization.

The promotion and implementation of international affairs is not only a professional task, but also a long-term mission that requires sustained effort and commitment.

2.透過與不同國家、文化及機構的交流合作，必須投入相當多的時間與資源，才能建立穩固的夥伴關係並創造實質成果。

Through exchanges and cooperation with different countries, cultures, and institutions, a considerable amount of time and resources must be invested in order to build stable partnerships and achieve tangible results.

3.從前期籌備、跨部門協調到計畫執行與成果評估，每一個環節都需要投入大量心力與專業，令人更加敬佩第一線工作人員的努力與付出

From the initial planning stage, interdepartmental coordination, to project execution and outcome evaluation, every step requires substantial effort and professional expertise, which makes one even more appreciative of the dedication and hard work of frontline staff.
