一、招生對象與資格：

(一)東南亞在臺留學生（越南、菲律賓、馬來西亞、印度、

印尼、泰國、尼泊爾…等）

(二)科系：化學、化工、環工及職業安全衛生等相關系所。

二、報名時間與方式：

即日起，有意願參訓之學員，可至下列網址填寫報名資料及上傳附件，報名表如附件二，報名期限於110年8月6日截止。報名網址：https://reurl.cc/9Z5aYY

三、注意事項：

1. 經報名審查確認錄取後，將於110年8月13日(五)以E-mail通知錄取（TSAST.Taiwan@gmail.com），請報名者多加留意。

2. 錄取者請於110年8月18日(三)中午12 時前，以電子信件回覆是否 參與培訓。

3. 若本訓練案因故或任何不可抗立之因素延期或取消，本單位也將以email 通知各學員。

A HAZMAT FRO Training for Students from South and East Asian Countries

The Chemical Disaster Training will be held on September 1 to 3, 2021. And it will be a three days course. The agenda of preliminary planning is in the attachment. We sincerely invite every Southeast Asian student to take part in this program.

The further details for training content and application are below:

I. Training content

➢ Three days training courses and practical experience experiencing for chemical disaster response personnel.

➢ Visit to Taiwan's relating chemical disaster response unit. (National Fire Agency Training Center, Southern Training Facility for the Shipment of Toxic Chemical Substances and Material Dispatch Center, …etc)

II. Eligibility

I             ➢ Southeast Asian international students (Vietnamese, Filipinos, Malaysians, Indians, Thais, Nepalese, …etc) who had never participated in the training class in the past years.

II          ➢ Students major in departments relating to Chemicals (Engineering), Environmental (Engineering), and Occupational Safety and Health.

III. Application Time and Methods

➢ Submission can be accepted from now on, and the deadline is August 6, 17:00.

➢ If you have completed to apply the training program before July, you don’t need apply again. We’ll notify you.

IV. Training Location

➢ Tentatively located at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.

V. Training Fee.

➢ Full-Sponsored training (including training, meals, and Taiwan railways round trip tickets.)

VI. Note

➢ Notification of application result will be sent via e-mail (TSAST.Taiwan@gmail.com) on August 13, 2021

➢ Candidates should reply the willingness of participation via e-mail before noon on August 18, 2021.

➢ If this training is canceled or extentioned due to some reasons or any force majeure factor, we will also notify every student by email.
