主旨：歡迎報名「2020 日本岡山大學Gross Anatomy Course for KMU students Program」。
說明：
一、申請表格請參見附檔。
二、課程期間：2020年8月17日(星期一)至2020年8月21日(星期五)。
三、申請對象：本校在學學生，具備CEF B2以上英語檢定證書且曾修讀解剖學相關科目者。
四、有意申請之同學，請依規定將申請文件(申請表、個人資料表、護照影本、成績單、推薦信、英語檢定證明、體檢報告)繳交至本處(電子檔與紙本各一份)。
五、高醫校內截止收件時間：2020年3月13日(星期五)中午十二時。
六、本次至多選送12位學生。如申請人數超過12位，將依收件順序依序報名。資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。
七、此活動為學生自主報名，恕不代為申請公假。學生請自理請假與簽證相關事宜。
八、因應新型冠狀病毒疫情，若主辦單位或國內外政府機關有其他限制或變更，將依照最新政策與公告為準。
Application Documents for 2020 Okayama Gross Anatomy Course for KMU students Program
1. Please refer to the attachments for the application forms.
2. Duration of Training: Monday, August 17-Friday, August 21, 2020.
3. Participants must have taken anatomy courses before summiting application.
4. How to Apply: Please finish the application forms as well as the personal profile, passport, recommendation letter, transcript, Certificate of health, English Certificate and reply to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw. Please also send the hardcopy to OGA office.
5. Deadline for Application: 12 a.m. on Mar. 13th, 2020.
6. The maximum number of students that KMU can recommend is twelve. We will recommend students in first come first served basis. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.
7. Students cannot take official leave by participating this program. Students have to apply visa by themselves.
8. Participants are hereby agreed to accept the above regulations. Due to the urgent situation of COVID-19 infection and in conformity with the governments’ epidemic prevention measure, if there is something left unmentioned, both OKAYAMA and KMU retains the right to modify regulations and change details at any time and will announce them on the website.
