主旨：「2019 加拿大UBC-暑期課程 Vancouver Summer Program」開始申請。

 Application Documents for 2019 UBC-Vancouver Summer Program

說明：

一、申請對象：本校在學學生。

Applicants: All students who currently enroll and study in KMU

二、申請方式：請填寫附檔之Registration form，完成後郵寄電子檔至m1057002@kmu.edu.tw。國際事務處統整後會統一提交。待對方學校確認後，方能進行後續申請。

How to Apply: Please finish the attached Registration form and reply to m1057002@kmu.edu.tw. 

三、高醫校內Registration form收件截止日：2019年01月04日(星期五)中午十二時之前。

Deadline for Registration form: 12 a.m. on Jan. 4th, 2019.

四、請勿自行上網申請，資料不全或是逾期未繳，恕不收件。

Please do NOT apply online directly. Late submission or incomplete application will not be screened.
